I like this new iPhone / iPad app called Snapguide.

It allows people to create a mobile guide about anything using videos, photos and words. 

Some of the guides currently available include how to roast your own coffee or make easter egg pops

Snapguide was created by two former Yahoo and Google Chrome engineers, after their company received $2 million in funding last year.
